We have often sung and quite rightly so, the praises of Tarn-et-Garonne
cuisine using well kept traditional recipes and prepared with the delicious
produce from our farms and sun kissed orchards.
A treasure chest of flavours is to be discovered among the abundance of

Golden, roasted poultry with the finest selected mushrooms, delicate and
refined "foie gras" with truffle and regional cakes and pastries,
