* Organise the necessary training in order to develop and perfect the skills of the restaurant owners and their staff

We have often sung and quite rightly so, the praises of Tarn-et-Garonne cuisine using well kept traditional recipes and prepared with the delicious produce from our farms and sun kissed orchards.

A treasure chest of flavours is to be discovered among the abundance of traditional Tarn-et-Garonne dishes.

Golden, roasted poultry with the finest selected mushrooms, delicate and refined "foie gras" with truffle and regional cakes and pastries, to name only a few combine the most exquisite flavours in recipes handed down from generation to generation.

In order to obtain the right blend of tradition and creative flair, a lot of know how and a professional sense of detailis needed. That is why 13 restaurants owners have formed an association where they emphasise the quality of their menus and service. Everything is taken into account, from the choice of the ingredients to the skills needed to prepare their culinary masterpieces.
